Marj Peterson, PCAM, CCAMMarj Peterson, PCAM, CCAM

Marj was a founder and first President of the CAI MN Chapter and served as the national president of CAI in 1987-88. She was the first woman among 17 managers in the nation to receive the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from CAI. Marj was recognized by the Community Associations Institute with the coveted Byron Hanke Award for lifetime achievement and contributions in the field of community associations.

She is active in CAI MN Chapter as a past Board member and Education Committee member. She is also a member of the faculty for CACM (California Association of Community Managers), teaching students working towards their CCAM certification.

Marj is President of Creative Transitions & Consulting in CA and MN. Her expertise and knowledge in this specialized industry allows her the ability to provide the training required by the ever changing and demanding industry.

Kurtis Peterson

Kurtis helped set up the base technology
